Not up there with the latest console games. The ‘Prepare for Battle’ bonus, where you choose from 2 gladiators (hero and villain), is more interesting. You are awarded credits after the fight depending on how your chosen Gladiator did. While this is automatic, the ‘Prepare for Battle’ bonus uses a random number generator to detect which Gladiator won the most coins. However, it is not as exciting as the original street fighter though!

Gladiator – Conclusion

The doorway bonus is impressive and the wild reel Gladiator bonus is impressive. The battle sequence ends after you have picked either the good or bad guy to fight on your behalf. The 3D animations which are hallmark of BetSoft games are put to good use, both on the reels and in the bonus games. If you enjoy Roman themed slots, then this is a must-play game.
